Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration 15-days or more prior to the event, you will receive a refund of all monies paid minus a $100 processing fee per canceled ticket. You can elect to receive a credit which can be redeemed for any future event provided by Starting Point, MD. Credits must be used within 12 months of the date credit is issued. No credits or refunds will be issued to any registration canceled 14 days or less preceding the event.

You may transfer the registration to a future event up to five business days prior to the event for a $100 processing fee per transferred registration. You may also transfer the registration to a substitute participant up to five business days prior to the event with no penalty incurred. No credits, transfers or refunds are available on a transferred registration.
